When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the service rendered. However, in some cases a service may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.
If a customer requests a refund with 10 business days after payment, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. If the refund is for a project that has already been started and the client has received deliverables, the refund will be calculated to provide for work that has been completed on the customers behalf.
